Lucia graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and has been a reliable member of the AKF Legal team since 2023. During her university studies, she worked in leading Slovak law firms, where she was part of legal teams focusing on general corporate law, commercial law and contract law. In her day-to-day work, she assists in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, particularly in the area of venture capital investments, and provides ongoing assistance in due diligence and litigation processes.
Lucia has been practicing law since 2023. She provides legal services in Slovak and English.
