Radoslav has over a decade of experience serving as Head of Legal in leading companies within the Slovak construction and real estate development sectors. During this time, he provided strategic legal advice, worked closely with top management, and actively contributed to resolving key corporate matters and shaping internal processes. He also played an important role in revitalising cooperative housing in Slovakia.
His expertise focuses on commercial law, construction-related contractual matters, public procurement, and dispute resolution. Radoslav also advises on a wide range of regulatory issues, including competition law. Through his long-standing involvement in business associations, he actively participates in the creation and review of legislation, thereby contributing to the development of the business environment in Slovakia.
