Yu Chen is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. During her studies, she worked as a paralegal in a law firm, where she primarily focused on corporate law and dispute resolution.
After graduating, she worked at the Supreme Administrative Court of the Slovak Republic as a judicial assistant, where she focused mainly on administrative law, particularly in the areas of tax law, construction law, and environmental law. She joined AKF Legal in 2026. In her practice, she focuses on both contentious and non-contentious matters, with an emphasis on corporate and administrative law. She approaches client matters with proactivity and responsibility, placing strong emphasis on thorough legal analysis and finding practical solutions even in complex legal issues.
